Cancellation and Returns
Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective. We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund or exchange request.
Once a return is approved and received, refunds or exchanges will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where applicable. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty product.
